Hosting a Tent Revival requires a wide range of equipment, and we want to minimize your cost and stress by bringing as much as possible. That said, we need to communicate clearly in advance so we can prepare for your specific needs.
During our planning conversation, we’ll walk through all necessary equipment categories including:
- 🔌 Power: Where will we get it? Do we need a generator? Is there power onsite?
- 🔊 Sound System: Will we bring it or is there one available locally?
- 🪜 Stage: Do we need to provide a platform for the preacher and altar space?
- 🪑 Chairs: Who’s bringing them and how many?
- ⛺ Tent: Size, setup, and take-down coordination.
- 💧 Baptismal Station: Tank, heaters, pumps, hoses, water access.
- 🚿 Changing Rooms: Privacy for baptismal candidates.
- 🔦 Flood Lighting: Especially critical for evening services.
- 💡 Interior Lighting: For under the tent and stage areas.
- 💼 Registration & Guest Items: Forms, gift bags, pens.
- 🚻 Porta Potties: Required if there are no nearby facilities.
- 🌧️ Tarps: Ground cover under the tank and tent.
- 🧺 Robes, Towels & Supplies: For every person being baptized.
