These tables can feature the Jesus Tent Revival logo or branding from the local church.

A dedicated registration greeting team should be stationed at these tables to welcome and register guests. A simple and effective script for engaging attendees is:

"It’s so great to see you here! How did you hear about the event? We’re so happy to have you. We’d love for you to fill this out so we can give you a special gift."

Framing registration as a way to receive a free gift increases the likelihood of guests providing complete and accurate information. The team should remain at their posts from early arrival times until at least 30 minutes after the service begins, ensuring latecomers are also registered.

 A small welcome gift not only serves as a kind gesture but also facilitates the registration process. The gift does not need to be expensive—just practical and thoughtful. Items can include:

This second registration ensures:
